End User License Agreement
Scope
This application is a private, internal-use software integration operated for the benefit of its operator only. Use is limited to the operator and persons the operator expressly authorizes. No license is granted to any other party.
Permitted use
Authorized users may use the application to access and manage the operator's own QuickBooks Online data for internal accounting, reporting, and analysis.
Restrictions
The application may not be resold, sublicensed, distributed, or offered as a service to third parties.
Third-party terms
Use of QuickBooks Online data through this application is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms of service.
No warranty
The application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all liability arising from use of the application.
Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate the application, or any authorized user's access to it, at any time.
