Privacy Policy
This application is a private, internal-use integration. It connects the operator's own QuickBooks Online company files to the operator's own internal systems for bookkeeping, reporting, and analysis. It is not offered to, marketed to, or usable by the public.
Data accessed
With the account holder's explicit OAuth consent, the application reads and writes accounting data in the connected QuickBooks Online company, such as transactions, accounts, vendors, customers, invoices, and reports.
How data is used
Data is used solely for the operator's internal accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Storage and security
Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online remains on systems owned and controlled by the operator. OAuth credentials are stored with restricted file permissions on operator-controlled machines and are never published.
Sharing
No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The only third party involved is Intuit, as the source of the data.
Revocation
Access can be revoked at any time from the connected Intuit account (Connected Apps), which immediately invalidates the application's tokens.
